We want you to love your Lumea piece. Here's how exchanges work:

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

To start an exchange, contact us at lumealebanon@gmail.com or message us on Instagram/WhatsApp with your order details.

Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit or exchanged for another item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at lumealebanon@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
