Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Lebanon. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand in the future.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days of being placed, depending on your location. While we do our best to meet this timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier availability or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we'll confirm your delivery address and get your order on its way. If we're unable to reach you to confirm details, your order may be delayed.

Payment on Delivery
We currently accept cash on delivery only. You'll pay the courier directly when your order arrives.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at lumealebanon@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly.
